"I had a terrific experience with this company, starting from when I spoke with them on the phone to schedule a time for them to do an estimate, through completion of the work.  They took the time to really understand what work we needed done, then they talked through the estimate with me and discussed exactly what they would do.  Their quoted price was extremely reasonable and in line with what I think this type of work should cost.  It was $500 less than another quote I received from a company that did not even bother to ring my doorbell when they came to look at the gutters.  This other company just jumped out of their truck, looked at the gutters while I was still inside the house, then drove away and emailed me a quote later in the day.  RJ Scalzi on the other hand took the time to look at the gutters with me and explain what they proposed to do, the types of materials they would use, etc.  We got lucky and were able to get on their schedule for the very next day.  Work was completed promptly and professionally and the new gutters look terrific.  Great company, will definitely use them in the future and have already recommended them to others.

"Very well. The estimate was provided by the owner and included a check of our roof ventilation (important to avoid ice damming). It was very detailed and Ken quickly answered my only remaining question. The crew was on time and worked quickly, finishing the roof and cleaning up in less than 2 days. The gutters were installed the following week by a separate crew. The price was in the middle of the 3 bids we solicited. The low bidder would have probably done a good job also, but Cook's estimate was much more complete so we felt that we understood all of the materials and methods to be used."

"The salesman indicated that they would replace rotted wood; however, the installers did not replace any wood. The installers were on time, did their work quickly, and cleaned up after themselves. The cost was, however, several times greater than the closest estimate. The product looks good, and the wood behind the gutters was wrapped in a metal-type siding, so it should be protected from contact with water. Overall, I am pleased, but no one appreciates being lied to."
