He came to give me the quote as soon as I had spoken with him, and had everything ordered and installed within 3 weeks, and a very popular closet company was just coming over the day of his install to see me for the first time to start the quote! Needless to say, I just had the other company leave. It had been so long since I’d made the appointment I’d forgotten they were even coming. Paul and his worker came and finished the master closet job in less than 5 hours, and when they went to lunch they even offered to bring me lunch as well! That never happens, except with Paul!
