"Jake and team were a pleasure to work with and come with my highest recommendation. Jake provided a very competitive quote, communicated throughout the process, and completed the job on time. Our job was a combination of refinishing floors, installing new floors over crawl space and installing a manufactured wood floor over slab (approximately 3000 square feet). If you’re seeking a contractor that pays attention to the details and is a man of his word, contact Jake."

"Everything went perfectly. Great quality for a great price. Would definitely be having them do my floors again. Great group of guys."

"I recently had the pleasure of working with Daniel of SD Flooring for a carpet removal and flooring installation project. Danielâ  s professionalism and attention to detail were truly impressive. From the initial consultation to the final installation, he exhibited expertise and efficiency. The removal of the old carpet was done meticulously, and the installation of the new flooring exceeded my expectations. The finished result is fantastic. Daniel was punctual, respectful, and left the space immaculate. I highly recommend SD Flooring for their outstanding service and quality craftsmanship."

"Awesome! I called 4 different tile companies on Thursday March 21, 2019. Oscar was the first one to call back and actually had one of his people come to my house within 20 minutes. Other companies finally called back. Their prices were at least $1500 over what Oscar quoted me. They also told me it would take 4 to 7 days to complete. His crew showed up at 9am on Friday the 22nd ripped up old tile replaced it by 3pm. I've never seen anything like it! They came back on Monday to grout it. They did a beautiful job! I would hire this company again in a heartbeat!"

"After the excellent work ‘The Builders’ did on my bedroom floors, I returned with another request. My vision was to get a customized rustic headboard and frame. My vision was translated and taken to another level!! We worked collaboratively to create a beautiful unique piece: a King size floating bed. Which through this experience I learned that it’s actually not floating and very secure!! The finish and coating was customized to my liking and turned out even better than I imagined!!! To my surprise, he over delivered and built it in one evening. Above all, I have observed a true craftsman!! I highly recommend “The Builders”due to their professionalism, quality in technique, customer service, and reliability."
