" The sales representative I spoke with, misrepresented the services in order to secure a service call. She told me the truck would arrive fully equipped to handle diagnostics, battery work, and related issues to fully diagnose a generator, which turned out not to be true. The technicians who came out were polite and professional, and this review is not directed at them in any way.. This ended up wasting a significant amount of my time and money"

"Preston was great to work with! He was quick to respond to my request for a quote and was at the house three days later to complete all of the work. He installed a hybrid car charger, fixed some outlets, installed a new thermostat and answered all my questions with patience and knowledge.
