"A soft wall due to improperly installed gutter by some other entity or homeowner caused water to constantly leak into the wall from the exterior roofline. This soft wall grow moldy and become riddled with pests/bugs. The contractor identified the potential issues, agreed to explore and open the walls and discuss the conditions, made sound recommendations for repair and did exactly what was noted in the repair (replaced a load bearing exterior wall, fixed the sill plate, completed the roof, shingles etc. and closed up the walls on the inside with insulation and sheet rock.). The work was timely, well done, the workers were clean as they did the job and kept the rest of the property clean. The manager of the job David Apel was and is an excellent communicator with phone/email/text and photos of processes and progress. I am going to use this company in my own investment endeavors on other properties and projects given the level of finished work, the timing and especially the level of detailed communication."

"Rafael replaced my gross old linoleum floor with subfloor and LVP, replaced the toilet and vanity, and finished the floor work with a quarter-round trim. The finishing work was well done; the floor was in bad shape and he fixed it and made it look amazing. If I had more $$ I would have had him redo the entire bathroom. Rafael arrived early, worked the whole day, and consulted me on every step of progress made. Rafael was always professional, polite, respectful, and well-tempered. I have had workers who have come in with foul language, loud music, and on their phones the whole time. Rafael is a rarity - he and his co-worker completely respect the client's home. "Justin responded promptly to my message and was on-site within 24 hours. He started the repair the following morning and completed it in stages (installation, filing, sanding, finishing ....) over the course of the day. Since it is a popcorn ceiling, he was also realistic about the probable success of painting/blending the repaired area with original paint job. He could have done his best and charged me - possibly still resulting in the whole ceiling being painted (that part of my ceiling runs the full length of the house across 3 living areas). He was honest and didn't want to take the chance. Would definitely use again and would recommend."
