"We hired VIP to deep clean as my husband was going to be having surgery to treat cancer. She arrived exactly on time and worked non stop for 7 hours. I mean non-stop! "I reached out last minute for a same day request on a Sunday. It was a huge, complex, messy, gross cleaning job with cleaning, organizing and dumping involved and every step of the way Jonida from Star Cleaners LLC communicated with me what I needed done so there were no issues. I almost had to reschedule last minute and she was so sweet about rescheduling if needed, but luckily I didn’t have to cancel. She is so unbelievably understanding, accommodating, empathetic, patient, sweet, thorough and has extremely fair pricing. She asked about every little detail so I’d be happy with the results and I can’t say enough good things about this angel. She and her husband finished a huge 4 hour job within less than 2 hours.
