"Iâ m a licensed real estate broker. Iâ m representing a seller of a 4 bedroom, 3 bath home. No one had occupied the home for a couple of years and they had left it extremely dirty. That included a very nasty stove and oven, a fairly new refrigerator that was trashed inside. And there were spots on the laminate kitchen floor. I was doubtful that it could be restored.. I reached out to three maid services recommended by Angiâ s List. Only 2 called me back. Nanci, the owner of â Peace of mind cleaning, set an appointment to view the house right away. The person with the other cleaning service set an appointment initially but then canceled and gave me a price quote over the phone without having seen the house. Nanci, on the other hand set an appointment immediately and came right over. She gave a reasonable price quote for a crew of five to â deep cleanâ to the home. She was so professional in person it was clear she was the right person and company to hire. On the day of cleaning the crew showed up promptly snd begin work immediately. At one point during the cleaning Nanci was there also with her hands on. When the work was completed, The home was immaculate. It looked like a brand new home inside. The stove was restored to look like new throughout, The refrigerator was spotlessly clean. And the laminate kitchen floor gleamed like a brand new floor. All bathrooms were so clean and sparkling we couldnâ t believe they were the same bathrooms. The owner was so impressed that he said he might have them come back to do a deep cleaning once every year. Both Ithe homeowner snd I canâ t recommend Peace of Mind Cleaning highly enough!"
