"We were in need to Remodel our Bathroom due to leak from the pipe in between two Bathrooms and change out the plumbing of our house from galvanized steel to copper, upgrade drain to ABS pipes. Geico Builders crew had an immediate availability to solve our issues. Mila was assigned to our project as a project manger. The communication of the project manager was outstanding as well as guidance on what has to be purchased for completing our beautiful Bathroom. Once the water leak was discovered and the subfloor damage was assessed. A repair plan was quickly in place for the leak. Plus a plan to restructure and build a stronger subfloor. Overall, Mila and Supervisor Ruiz and their team were very excellent at staying on schedule and completing the project with quality workmanship. Overall we are very happy with our beautiful new bathroom. Our renovation project was completed on time and the new look absolutely met our expectations. Our main expectations/requirements were a regular shower pan, the shower walls and the flooring, all done with quality porcelain tile. Adding a shampoo niche and 2 safety grab bars in the shower area. Plus the bench which I am so happy with. All of these items were installed with attention to detail and with quality workmanship. We had a 30 year old wood retaining wall next to our pool deck with a wood bridge to our patio area. These were in poor condition. David and his crew replaced the wood retaining wall with a concrete wall and installed drainage lines so water wouldn't stand behind the wall. He also designed and built a new bridge (approximately 5' x 6'). This was a little difficult as the pool deck is higher than the patio. We had a couple of bad sections of pool deck that were cracked and sinking due to the failing retaining wall so those were also replaced. These were done with exposed aggregate with every effort to match the original deck. We were impressed with the results.

David was punctual for his appointments with us. We had a few estimates and his was reasonable for the work we needed. We chose David because he had some great ideas about how to approach the job. He explained everything that would be going on during the construction and worked well with the pool contractor who was working in the yard at the same time. He and his entire crew were professional and courteous. They cleaned up the yard when they were done, hauled off all debris, and even arranged the rocks in the creek bed. It was a pleasure to do business with this company.

They did it all, excavating, large retaining walls, sprinklers, sod, concrete, hooking up an old waterfall, fences and a very custom gate.
