Above all, we are watchful of our customers' interests, and make their concerns the basis of our business.
"They helped us redo our front yard and backyard, which turned out better than we had hoped. The old driveway had cracks, so we replaced it with smooth concrete. On both sides, they added turf to keep it clean without all the upkeep. They also helped plan the space, so it flows better with the rest of the property. The whole project looks sharp and feels easy to manage. The team worked quickly and kept us updated the entire time. It's worth it. "

We are the premier landscape service in the area. We offer fair and reasonable pricing, quality work, and service. We take pride in every project that we do and it shows. Call to learn more. Thanks! **Please note: I do not deliver or sale sod. I install sod only. I also do not do cement borders, only bending board.**
"Ed and his team are professional, experienced, proactive, courteous, and they obviously love what they do. Ed is full of tips and tricks and is a great resource for landscaping/gardening info. He's also a great source of low/fair pricing on everything from trees to mulch. As a retired architect who has worked with many types of contractors I have to say how much I love that they clean up after themselves (hosing down walkways, etc.) everyday before they leave. I wouldn't go to anyone else."

Owner, Zach Elledge has a degree in Landscape Planning and Design and a C27 State Landscaping Contractors license. He comes from a family of both hobby gardeners and professional landscapers and his love for nature and the outdoors was groomed at an early age, enhancing his desire to create beautiful, functional gardens and outdoor spaces. Whether designing visually beautiful gardens or attractive functional hardscape designs, Urban Soil Landscape has a keen ability to create results that appeal to the senses. Zach guides clients through the design process, ensuring the results meet their needs, and incorporates the architectural details of the structures enriched by his landscape designs. Zach brings together his knowledge of horticulture, design and construction to deliver elegantly styled landscapes.
"Choosing Zach Elledge and Urban Soil Landscape for our backyard project was the best home improvement decision we have ever made. Our very large backyard has always been too big of a job to tackle by ourselves; so it just sat there, ugly and unused. We really didn't know what we wanted, but we were tired of its sorry state and knew that it was time to call a professional. After talking to a bunch of landscape designers who all pushed the same off-the-shelf hardscaping products with the high-pressure tactics of a car salesman, meeting Zach was a breath of fresh air. He is calm, friendly, and patient. He asked us questions about what was important to us and really listened to our answers, taking time to fit that into the plan he was forming. After about twenty minutes he had a rough sketch of a design that cleverly divided our large, weedy mess into several pleasant areas all woven together into a harmonious plan with winding paths and focal points. Since it was such a big change that was hard for us to visualize, he offered to do a detailed scale drawing for a small fee. We agreed, and about a week later he came back and presented us with a really beautiful hand-drawn site plan, complete with plant and tree choices, watering design, and lighting options. If you know what you want, you could probably skip this step, but it really helped us see what he had in mind and know that he was the person to choose. Once we got started, our opinion of Zach and his whole team rose to new levels. First of all, Zach was always reachable by phone if we had questions, but that was not really necessary because he was here on site nearly every day. The team showed up on time every day, worked hard all day, and left the area completely clean and organized at the end of the day. Everyone on the team is professional and friendly. If they say they are going to do something, they do it thoroughly and correctly and get all the little details right. For example we added a patio with pavers which has a border of contrasting colored pavers. In all of the 90-degree corners, they did this really intricate bevel design that looks great. We did not tell them to do that, and it would have been much easier not to, but we are so happy that they did. There are many other examples like that that I could talk about, but this would go on forever. Let me just say that by day 2 or 3 we had complete trust in this team, and we were never disappointed. We are so happy with the final product and were blown away with the short amount of time it took Zach and Urban Soil to create it. We started with a weedy field and ended with a patio, a fence, a deck, a fire pit area, a lawn, two raised beds, an arbor, and a succulent garden all tied together with curving pathways and framed by beautiful plants and trees. Once work started, this all took 10 days. Incredible. It should be obvious by now that I could not recommend Zach more highly. If you are looking for a real Landscape Designer (capital L, capital D) who cares about their customers and has pride in their work, look no further than Zach, and Urban Soil Landscape."

"We had our front and backyard done by Ariel Builders. Ricky was very proactive especially with the approval of our project from our HOA. We love our yard now that it is done! Ricky was supervising our project and was at our home almost every day to make sure it was done properly. It came out so nice. One of our neighbors asked for Ricky is information to do his yard. We highly recommend Ariel Builders and especially Ricky who was great and very professional and friendly."

Yes—paver driveways are worthwhile investments. They deliver decades of durability and a big boost in curb appeal. Standard concrete may be cheaper up front, but pavers resist cracks, settle less, and let you mix colors and patterns for a custom look. Talk with your installer about options that hit the sweet spot between style and budget.
With routine upkeep, most paver driveways last 30 to 50 years. Material choice matters: permeable pavers see 20 to 25 years, while cobblestone can stretch to 75. Sealing joints, preventing weed growth, and replacing cracked pieces promptly all extend the surface’s life. Your installer can outline a maintenance plan tailored to your climate and paver type.
For a 500-square-foot driveway, budget anywhere from $5,000 to $35,000. Grass or concrete pavers land on the lower end, while stone and cobblestone push the price higher. Labor, site prep, and local rates also sway the final total, so request detailed quotes before committing.
Opting for quality materials and an experienced crew means fewer repairs and a driveway that looks great for decades.
Paver driveways aren’t perfect. You’ll pay more up front than you would for asphalt or poured concrete, and the joints need occasional weeding and resanding to stay tidy. Over many seasons, individual pavers may settle or shift, meaning you’ll have to reset or replace a few here and there. Factor these chores and costs into your decision before breaking ground.
