"The technician arrived at the start of the 2 hour window. On time! Very professional. Explained options for dealing with my toilet leak. I chose to replace the toilet and gave him guidlines for the new toilet. He went to Home Depot, acquired the toilet returned promptly and installed it in a timely manner. After which he broke down and explained the itemized charges. After paying for the work thru my credit card, I received an e-mail summary right away...One major concern that I had in hiring Western Rooter & Plumbing was that their technicians had been vaccinated for Covid 19. I had been referred to Western earlier this year by my condo HOA for a common area leak repair in my unit. I was assured by the dispatcher that the technician coming to my condo was vaccinated against Covid. "After getting different quotations from different construction companies, even Home depot, AGL gives us reasonable pricing options. They did such a good job on remodeling two of my bathrooms we had a special request canceling a door and opening another, and the outcome was amazing. We went from having one bathroom and a half to two full bathrooms. After seeing the amazing job that they did with the bathroom we decided to also remodeling our kitchen with them it was the best decision."

"Julian and his team were thorough, detailed, and communicative- which is what made me proceed with them. They were able to see my vision and execute while working within my budget in a timely manner. They provided routine updates in addition to calling and sending pictures. I'm very detailed and meticulous, so it was nice to work with a team that cared as much as I do. Some of the work included popcorn ceiling removal, wall repair, orange peel texture and painting, closet demo and repair, kitchen remodel, pantry install, and recessed lights throughout. My favorite parts of the project are the full bathroom remodel, the excellent paint job on the kitchen cabinets, and the time/dedication they had to sand and stain the beam in the living room. They also replaced the drop ceiling panels with drywall and a hatch to access the HVAC which looks SO much better! and they cleaned up!
