"We just had our new Moisture Shield composite deck installed by The Deck & Patio Company and couldn’t be more pleased! From start to finish, this company is five star. From working with the Sales Rep, Tom, to the Project Manager, Martin, the owner, Jed and installers Jimmy and Pedro, these guys are all perfectionists and know what they’re doing. They tore out our existing deck that was only 7 years old, already rotting and a liability to walk on. They had to start from scratch to rebuild our 455 sq. ft. deck. The installers cleaned up every day before they left and never left anything laying around the yard. They worked hard every day for 14 days and worked in everything from 83 degree weather to temps in the low 40’s (this is Texas, after all ?). These gentlemen cared about their work and it showed in their craftmanship and attention to detail. We highly recommend The Deck & Patio Company for your outdoor needs. Isaiah from Parada Concrete worked with us to complete the look that we envisioned which did not say "handicap ramp" outright. The completed sloped entrance with the stamped concrete and coloring worked out perfectly both at the entrance to her home, and we also had him do the back patio to match. Both spaces are now easily accessible for my mother-in-law and they really add a nice look to the house. Isaiah was excellent with communicating throughout the process and even worked with us to adopt some changes. "L&L Concrete Contractors responded quickly to my quote request and gave a very thorough quote on the spot. I had a large driveway redone, a patio redone, and 2 additional concrete slabs added around my garage. Once my HOA approved the work, Lloyd and his crew were out the next day to get started. The crew was very friendly and always tidied things up each work day so the construction area never looked too bad. Once started, the crew was very willing to make adjustments that I requested. Lloyd revised the estimate as I requested and included extra footage for a nominal price. The final products look fantastic! This is very professional work! The crew did an amazing job cleaning up after the work was done. It barely even looks like any construction had occurred. The office staff, Angel and Esmeralda, were very friendly and courteous as well. The only issue I had was there was a small lack of communication during the job. There were times that no one showed up or the crew just left in the middle of the day. When I contacted the office staff, it took quite some time before they responded. I am sure it is normal for the crew to come and go as needed, I just wanted to know when they would be at my house working so I could plan ahead. Even with a small lack of communication, the job was completed per the quoted schedule with a small delay due to weather. Overall, I am highly satisfied with L&L and would recommend them to others as well as use them again for any future cement needs."

"Adhered to initial schedule forecast for completion. Reinforcing steel placement and concrete placement went very well. Construction overall was very good. Only negative is the stamping process that left some void portions along the edge of the driveway where the stamped pattern was very faint. Selected brick pattern needed to be applied uniformly across the width of the driveway to provide the required effect of hand laid brick. All other construction activities were excellent. Ray had a large crew for the concrete pour that were all experienced and competent. He managed the crew size very well. Activities subsequent to the pour were completed with a smaller crew, with Ray taking the lead with the finishing tasks. Ray was attentive and managed the crews very well. The project was completed in a professional manner and within the originally forecast duration. I would recommend New Creation Concrete for paving projects, including stamped concrete projects."
