When he was finished, he took the time to program the keypad and remotes, showed me how to use them, explained the features on the new door opener, and showed me where the information was in the new manual. Asked me to call him if I had any questions on using my new opener. Would have given him an A+ if I could."

"Was having trouble w/ the garage door not closing when using the remote.  Tyson was sent to fix by Shane.  He was on time, fixed the sensors that were out of alignment and showed me what to do in the future.  He also heard something going on in the main box when we were opening and closing the garage door.  He said it was probably worn and needed to be replaced, but I could wait until it broke.  I told him to fix it now.  Sure enough, it was worn (12 yrs. old) and needed to be replaced.  I figured it wouldn't break at a convenient time.  Tyson did an excellent job fixing the gear and also adjusting the chain which had too much slack in it from day one.This company is on the ball.  Will certainly use in the future.  I highly recommend them.
