"Excellent! The job was far more entailed than I had anticipated. Mark and his team had to take out probably 15-18 pieces of flooring and part of the baseboard. They straightened and reinstalled the flooring. It looks perfect! Mark and his team were very professional and polite. Pricing was exceptional. Anything I need done in my home, I would call Mark! "Rudolf was able to salvage what was a fairly rusty eyesore and make it look brand new. He also added to the bottom of the gate so that the dogs could not get out and it looks like it was originally designed with that feature. He knew the exact paint color it was originally just by looking at it. He also added a handle and a lock so that we could easily enter and exit the gate. While he was working on the gate at his shop, he installed a temporary gate. Now, that's service! He pays attention to detail, is consistent with communication, and takes pride in his work. It is rare to find people who truly under promise and over deliver, but rest assured, if you hire Rudolf, you won't regret it, as he certainly strives to exceed expectations.
