That follow up earned my business, he asked for pictures of the locks so he was prepared. Day of service he got right to work, then hurricane force winds hit. He improvised and used my kitchen counter to rekey 8 locks while the storm blew through . He was quick and very clean never would have know it was a work space, we had pleasant conversation while he worked. He also was able to open my mailbox and replace that lock without drilling . He even helped program my garage door remote . He is everything you want in a small business. His number is saved in my contacts cause he is who I will call for a locksmith or his roadside service . His prices are very reasonable."

"Joe was very helpful in making an old 1968 spinet just purchased sing again for our daughter. The piano had been neglected by not being tuned for some time. Joe warned us about the what if scenarios with the condition of its initial assessment of not being in tune and the needs down the road that we would want to address to make it showroom quality. After working on ensuring that the piano was provided the needed attention, we only needed one follow up after initial settling. "I was having my kitchen remodeled. The day of install, the installer removed the old backsplash and was about to place the quartz on the damaged wall. I told them to stop and repair the damage wall. One of the guys told me that they don’t do repairs. I was in distress that I reached out to Angie’s list and found Premier Design. I called and Nick answered, he told me that he could get one of their best workers to fix the wall the next day on a Saturday. The next day, I met the Co-owner Pedro who was very professional and answered any questions that I may have about my contract. The drywaller finished the repair in a few hours. It looked beautiful. I was so pleased with the work."

Curt took the time to fit us in his busy schedule and I was very much satisfied with the quality of his work (and so will our Home Association). "Rudolph arrived on time and was prepared to work the full day if needed to complete our projects. He has integrity! We had a laundry list of items to be repaired, and he let us know for several items on the list that we should hire another provider to complete the work. Some things he said he could do, but wouldn't do it as well as another professional. He even went so far as to provide us recommendations for who to call for a couple things (custom door weather stripping & ceiling fan repairs). We will be hiring him again later this year to repair and paint our fence/gates as well as install casters on a cabinet. The only reason I gave him a 'B' for quality was because one of our chair legs was repaired with a gap where there shouldn't be a gap, so the attention to detail on this repair faded. The quality of that work was not on par with everything else. He has promised to deliver puddy when in the area next since re-doing the repair may damage the chairs thanks to the wood glue. The wood glue overflow seemed excessive to my husband, but I believe that is normal and we were able to remove it once dry. The other 'B' for professionalism was regarding cleanup - which is one of my pet peeves with contractors. The keys to my back fence gate (which includes a house key) were left in the gate unattended during the day, and not returned at the end of the day. There were extra pieces of the chicken wire which we had to throw away. And the old chicken wire was thrown away in our recycling bin instead of trash bin."
