On top of the floor product being phenomenal, the installers were polite, friendly, punctual, fast, professional, problem solvers, worked well as a team, painted all the baseboards, and were extremely careful and respectful of our property, our furniture and a delicate wall treatment. They also took the initiative to correct several issues left by a previous contractor of ours. Ron was obviously experienced and no-pressure when he came out to see our home for a quote, and Keisha couldn't have been more efficient or nicer when scheduling and answering questions. Additionally, they were both extremely gracious when we had to postpone at the last minute for a personal reason. Their policy is no charge until project is complete and satisfactory. Fantastic experience from start to finish!"
