The cons were: he did not remove any of the old toilets; he did not tell me that they still had water in them; he did not clean up. There was glue and debris left at every installation site. I had to incur the extra cost of removing each of the three old toilets which turned out to be quite an ordeal."

"Joe came out in the middle of a rain storm. All I knew was I had rain dripping on top of my furnace. Joe didn't hesitate to go up and do a temporary fix. He came out a few days later and fixed it. It was the fresh air return for the HVAC system, that penetrates through the roof, and the flashing for it had failed. Joe was a super nice guy and understood that I lived on a fix income. I would not hesitate to call him, when I need additional projects done."

"I hired SDS to come in and add plumbing for a shower in an existing half bath in my basement. They had fair pricing, said they could start right away, and said it would only take a day or two. Overall Shane did a good job, while he was there. He really seems like a great plumber but getting him to our house was difficult at best. Apparently it is a small company and there are only 3 or 4 of them so our day the job turned into a 2-week job. The crew would stop by for 30 minutes and get called away for a few hours then come back a few days later and work some more. Overall they probably did work for about 12-14 hours, it was just over a 2 week period. They would say they would be there at 8 or 9 AM and ultimately show up at 5 or 6 PM. In their defense, they said the state permitting system was down for a few days of the 2 weeks and Shane texted me with updates along the way. He also went above and beyond to help me install the shower to make up for the poor customer service in the beginning. As I said they ended up doing a good job but if you are in a hurry be aware it might take them a while unless they get their scheduling/customer service issues ironed out."

We scheduled to start the project the following week and they showed up on time, and completed within the expected time frame. The quality of work was impeccable and turned out far better than I had even planned. All good things! Not to mention, as a nightshift nurse, they had my complete trust as I had to sleep during the day and leave in the afternoon for work, cleaning and locking up when they left for the day. Could not have asked for a better experience :)"
