"The tech was knowledgable and very pleasant. The reason I wouldn't recommend the service is that they continually told me they either would be at my house at a pre-arranged time or said the tech. was on his way when I would call after the tech had missed the appt. time. To me these are lies and unnecessary.I was left without a working cook stove for a week while waiting many of those days for a tech to show up for a scheduled appt. The tech fixed my stove quickly once he showed up and continued to be very pleasant. If you don't mind people not showing up when they say they will then this is a good service."
