However, he went well beyond by discussing with my condo board ( I called them) the concerns with the plumbing pipes and the fact that the condos on floors 2,3,and 4 needed to be accessed so that he could check pipes. "This company was recommended by a friend who said they are really good because my water heater was leaking. So I texted Allen on this past Sunday and he responded ON A SUNDAY!!! I spoke with him on the phone the following day (Monday) and he scheduled my installation for the next day (Tuesday). Allen assigned Rodrigo to do the installation; he and his assistant did a fine job!! These guys know their craft, and they are professional and personable.
