Dave went to the city unsolicited to get all the info he could on the easement prior to starting to avoid potential future problems. The fence is sturdy and strong and the gate is amazing. Dave also went above and beyond to fix the shoddy work from my last contrractor who put up a fence but only cemented every other post which I hadnt previously noticed. Due to current weather, North creek is still coming back to do the staining. I recommend Dave and NorthCreek construction 100%"

We are a full service family owned and operated residential plumbing company. We specialize in Re-Piping and Main Line water line replacement and Bath Remodels as well as general plumbing. The owner Nick is a working owner and in the field with our plumbers. Nick has been plumbing for almost 30 years and if you have a plumbing problem their is nothing that we can't solve. We love and appreciate all of our clients and strive to offer the best customer service possible. As of 01/01/2016 we no longer repair toilets or faucets, but we would be happy to install new for you!

He has navigated the tricky basement stairs with a bulky water heater in tow and installed it with a special alarm that will ring if there is a malfunction. He has put in new water saving toilets, replaced dripping shower fixtures, unclogged sinks and drains and made sure that my entire plumbing infrastructure runs smoothly and safely.
