"In communications with RainDrop, we specifically mentioned that we needed to replace an asphalt shingle roof with metal roofing primarily due to the roof slope, and some other factors. A sales representative was sent out to evaluate the existing asphalt roof and confirmed that it needed replacing, but afterward, he spent almost an hour pitching various asphalt shingle products. He was clearly knowledgeable and knew his stuff about asphalt roofing. While the rep was friendly, he didn't seem to have as much in-depth knowledge or experience with installing metal roofing. We were confused about why a rep with more metal roofing knowledge was not sent out as we had no interest in the asphalt shingles. Therefore, we ultimately did not feel comfortable selecting RainDrop to install a new metal roof."

His crew was able to do a complete tear off and install of my roof in one day! With only some final touch-ups needed the next day because it simply became too dark for them to see and be safe. I was having a couple days where my brain wasn't obviously working quite right and he was ever so patient with me regarding the quote that he had given me that was VERY clearly written in black and white yet I misread it. I had a myriad of odd questions and never once did Ramon not give me his full attention to answer questions in person, text, phone or email. His crew also did power washing for me as well as gutter services and I could not be more pleased his company truly embodies the quote-unquote spruce up factor and while it's not listed on their services it should be because his company does actual full roof installation. "Miguel was very quite and polite. There was absolutely no pressure or attempt to beguile me into a deeper project. His crew was respectful as well. They played their music at a low volume not disrupting myself or neighbors. This has been a problem with other work crews in my neighborhood. Miguel did exactly what he said he would do. He even installed 2 new roof vents for no additional cost. He was on schedule and was successfully in and out of the project. He did not claim to know it all yet had the confidence as some one who does. My snap shot of him was a very polite, professional, well manner, and balanced individual. The roof repair he and his crew did tied into the existing roof as if there had been no damage to begin with. Other roofers tried to sell me an entire roof replacement. Me, knowing what I know, knew this to be false. People, what I have said here is true. A very reputable roofing company tried to sell me an entire teardown and replacement. They could not guarantee that their crew was good enough to repair 3 areas without potential leaking. This was astonishing to me. Miguel and his crew came in and did what I knew could be done. They did it professionally, honestly, and reasonably priced. He killed me with love but backed it up with a job well done. This is the first review iv"e ever written. I have no regrets in hiring Miguel. You'll see what I mean when you speak then meet with him. Yes, I give a 100% recommendation for Miguel and his crew. "Incredibly easy and so very professional! The roof looks great, all the vents were replaced and some rotten plywood was replaced. All the old roof was removed. It looks fantastic!! We had a very tight timetable and they accommodated us at every turn. Shalena was incredible to work with and went out of her way to make this all incredibly easy!! However, when the job was done, Imperial Roofing who was contacted by DaBella, took 2 sheets of our plywood worth $130 and a 2x8 worth $20. We have been trying to resolve this matter since May. All we want is a material replacement or to be refunded. How hard is that? We should not have to wait for DaBella to resolve this issue with Imperial Roofing."
