At the time I contracted and paid for the job, we discussed having a "yard man". I am 86 and need help with my gardens. I am still waiting. He needs to return $100 I paid for the maintenance service. My impression is that Mike is a liar and counts on his winning personality. He is the 3rd disappointment. None of these guys have to courage to say "Sorry not in my scope of work"."
