I contacted him again in April 2020 after I removed multiple spruce trees from my property line. I told him exactly what I wanted. After giving me his expert advice, he installed a vinyl fence and a chain-link gate with white slates that are better than I expected. My family and I have been in our yard every day since the project was completed. It took about 4 days to complete and everything Chris said he would do he did. "Over a period of 2 years, Zimmerlee installed a total of 33 windows on my 2 story duplex.   Some of the living and dining room windows were quite large.  Eight windows were installed in the fall of 2011 and the remaining 25 were installed in December of 2012.   I have had several winters to evaluate them and I'm extremely happy with the quality of the Ply-Gem Premium double-hung windows.   In once instance, Mike Zimmerlee pointed out a minor surface defect that I probably wouldn't have noticed, and obtained a replacement.   The crew was very professional and cleaned up well afterword.   They forgot to caulk one window in my rear hallway, but Mike Zimmerlee returned to do it personally when it was brought to his attention.  The Ply Gem windows aren't the cheapest on the market, but they are very well made, and my home is much more comfortable in the winter as a result of this improvement.   I would recommend this contractor to anyone.

"We replaced a large window with a smaller one so our brick home needed some patching.  AO Handy found bricks that matched our exterior and completed the job less than a week from initial contact.   They were scheduled to come out on a Friday, but got delayed until Monday due to searching for matching brick.  All in all, quick turn-around.

The two gentlemen that came out were friendly and diligent.  They were very kind to repair a brick not associated with the original estimate in addition to filling in some missing grout in various areas. 

The work looks very good matching our existing exterior very well.  They also get an A for clean-up after the job!"
