"I was thrilled that Leo from Crystal Painting could get his painters to do the work almost right away, which was what I needed. I never met them, but my tenants said they were very professional and cleaned up well after themselves. The only reason I didn't give an Excellent rating was because I did think the price was a little high. But since I didn't have much time before the re-inspection, I did not get estimates, just hired the first company I hired. So it's possible that this was a good price and in that case, I would rate excellent!"

"I hired this company for painting my kitchen cabinets and was very upset with the service I received. From the beginning communication was poor, I was not told any updates and my house was left unlocked everyday with lights left on after the team left. When the project was done I had to have them come back to fix the overspray and paint splatter on my walls. My stove and counters were not covered when painting resulting in paint getting into these surfaces. The painting edges on all cabinets and on the trim was messy and all over the place in which I was told to wipe off with a cloth. My basement was left a mess and the painters helped themself to pieces of wood they assumed was scrape to use as painting supports- they ended up being pieces of a personal project I was working on. My wood floors were scratched by them trying to remove paint from my floors. At the end of this I was told this was normal practice and to hire a cleaning crew. Felt disrespected during this entire project."

"Diego and his crew did an absolutely fabulous job. He checked in regularly with us before starting the job, painted sample colors on our shingles for us to see them in place and power washed the house before starting painting. They took meticulous care, caulking, sanding weathered shingles and repairing a rotted window sill. The price was very reasonable. Diego is outstandingly gracious and personable. We couldn't be happier with the job. We've worked with many contractors over the years we've had our old house, and this was the most favorable experience yet. "My crew from NSP was amazing. Professional, courteous, kind and on point to get the task done. Large 2 story colonial with addition and ovs garage. I believe it took total of 5 days because of early weather in October 22. No paint chips on ground, very conscious of my shrubs and gardens, you would not even know they were painting. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this outstanding company and would not hesitate to have them paint my home again. The price was very fair, the warranty good but most of all they always stayed in touch to let me know what was going to happen etc. My team, Frank, Benjamin and Valerio were amazing.
