"I have used Mason Works on a previous project in 2017 (new stone wall and front step repair) and was very happy with their work. This project was to replace driveway including matching previous stone wall, add granite curbing to right side and complete replacement of existing asphalt. Stone wall is great, granite curbing is great but does not fully match in size or color (they explained that this is typical when ordering granite) and driveway really is just OK. They use a more course asphalt mi than you'd typically see and they explained that it lasts longer. My issues with driveway: • Driveway not evenly smooth, quite a few rougher spots • Section on side of driveway that you can see it's not evenly rolled • They said to wait 5 days to park on it and I waited 3 weeks instead but there are several tire marks already from parking on it"

"The retaining wall looks GREAT! But the lack of communication along the way to completion isn't how I would run a business. Finishing the job also became an issue. The start date was never communicated. The workers just showed up on day. Upon completion of the wall, completing the backfill behind the wall took several visits, with the final results looking messy."

"After at least 30 years of major wear and tear, our bluestone patio around our swimming pool required a MAJOR restoration. The bids we got from folks ranged widely, but only Ion seemed to understand what it would take and came in with a more than reasonable bid. "Given the experience with the roof repair (reviewed herein), I contacted Abalia for help in completing a project I had started: screening in the open front porch to our log cabin. As the entire cabin is constructed of cedar logs, no straight edges, walls, etc. Screening in openings was straight forward (I did most of this), but the porch needed to be segmented (screened-in area, open area) requiring a wall and door to be constructed. Khaled arrived with all the necessary tools (which I did not have), and in short order (4 hours) had constructed the porch divider wall. Very happy with the end product, as we just completed our first warm season with no bugs on the porch!"

Tomas and his crew demolished the old wall, removed the debris from the property, and constructed a new retaining wall. The work they performed was outstanding. The wall is strong and very attractive. They took the time to color match the stones with the side wall and installed drains to prevent water from building up behind the wall. What was originally a wall of cement and an eye sore became a beautiful stone wall that now adds character to my backyard. After the wall was completed, Tomas and his crew cleaned up the entire area, no small pebbles, cement, or debris of any kind was left behind. They even filled in cracking in another area of my yard.
