She met the needs that I needed even though some of it is not on the normal check list that they do. She goes above and beyond to help me and to make sure everything is satisfactory to me. The ladies that have come to clean are wonderful and friendly. When possible, Ginger tries to make sure you keep the same person, which I like. I also like having a different person every once in while because everyone cleans different. Whenever I have had a problem, Ginger or Kathy have been quick to resolve the issue. I even have referred a friend who had cancer and needed help cleaning her house. Ginger was also a big help for her. She went above and beyond to help her out as well.
