"Patrick did my bathroom makeover: Removing all old cabinets, lights, doors, etc. Redid sub floor and new flooring, installed new vanity, sink, faucet, lighting, upgraded outlets, painted, installed new door and molding. Courteous, on time, job done when he said it would be. Clean up everything and hauled away old sink/vanity, etc. Provided update check-in/status for my approval.
