I am very pleased with the responsiveness of FM Genderator and the quality of their service. I live right on the ocean and the original generator died just before the warranty period. "George came to price an outlet installation for my new washer. He was so direct and honest and reasonable that I hired him to do it on the spot. Two weeks later the light in my bathroom ceiling fan went out. I called him to come out and instead he diagnosed the problem (correctly) through text and led me through some simple steps to fix it. I made the big mistake of hiring someone a family friend recommended and they diagnosed it incorrectly and then basically disappeared on me.
