"They did a great job from when I was researching generators to the complete installation of the Kohler generation by Premier Generator. Paul was very helpful and informative. They communicate with you about when things are going to be done, they clean up after every step and once the installation is complete their job is not over. A technician come for the final step of going over the system completely to make sure you understand how to operate the system and that you are comfortable doing so. They also tell you to call with any questions, any time! The customer service is unbelievable - no matter who I have spoken with, from the owner, to the technicians and of course the wonderful office manager Jean! Thankfully we haven't had to utilize the generator but the weekly test is security to know it is working and will be there when we need it. Thank you everyone at Premier Generator!!!"

"Replaced a tank water heater, the door was too narrow so first pitched removing framing with no guarantee that it’d be replaced correctly. I suggested using a smaller sized unit based on a quote from another plumber which is the route we went. They also covered the overage for the additional cost of the smaller sized unit which was nice but if I wasn’t aware of the option I’m not sure what I would have done. They also only sent one person initially so I helped bring the old unit down and the new one up in between trying to work. Also the breaker to the hot water heater was never flipped back so I’m waiting to see how the unit performs now."

"I was looking to have some work done on my condo and was hoping to use people from the Waltham area as I wanted to support local businesses and came across PW DiMasi Electric here. Peter and his team were excellent. He was very responsive and scheduled an appointment to give the estimate pretty quickly. When he came to give me the estimate for my living room he mentioned that I should probably also have my dining room light rewired as the building my condo is in is very old so more than likely the wiring was old and not in good shape. At first I thought he might be trying to drum up some extra business (because of bad past experiences with contractors) because my job was so small (it's worth mentioning that Peter was one of the few electricians that I could actually get to come to look at the job in person to give me an estimate, the others I called said the job was too small and not worth their time) but once he took the dining room light down it turns out he was absolutely right about the wiring. I am so glad he was so insistent about replacing it. His guys came right after the plasterer took the ceiling down so it would cost me less to have the work done but unfortunately because of the insulation that was in my attic they couldn't drill holes in the lath for the wiring and boxes so his guys had to go up into the attic which at the time (it was July) was boiling hot . They were always very polite and respectful of my home and did a great job cleaning up after themselves every day. They also always came when they said they would. Peter checked in every few days to be sure I was happy with the work being done. I would not hesitate to recommend using DiMasi electrical and should the need arise in the future, I would use them again."

"This company goes above and beyond. Christian, the owner personally appeared 1 day after our initial conversation. He was very prompt, professional, and his pricing was broken down very well. (In a way that I could truly understand what I was paying for and why) We had endless last second electrical upgrades we needed when purchasing a new home for our family. Even with an unreasonable timeframe, our scope was completed! The work itself came out great, I have numerous electricians in my family. When they came over for our house warming party, they were incredibly pleased. The scope of our work included: -200 amp service upgrade -new interior panel -new kitchen wiring -new dimmable recessed lighting -outlet repair and addition -grounding upgrade -exterior security lighting -code upgrades throughout my home Christian was incredibly kind to my family as well, we have a handful (rather rambunctious) children and animals who love when visitors come. "Adam called me immediately and met me that same day. I hired the company and they cut my grass that same day. They used a ride on mower and my land is uneven so some areas were shorter than others. Two days later they spread 10 yards of hemlock mulch and recut some areas of my grass with push mower. They will use a push mower in the future. My yard now looks beautifully landscaped. Communication is definately key with this company. They aim to please!!"
