"After fixing the AC wiring problem, the Technician inspected the Furnace since the he knew this older furnace has some issues. Found several cracks on the heat exchanger, which could produce deadly carbon monoxide! Was not asked to check the furnace and Kotz does not sell furnaces. Left after many thank yous with no mention of a furnace seller. Great old-fashioned work ethic: Honest and one who considers the customer FIRST! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!"

"Angie's List has a coupon for this service.  But the coupon price is misleading, you are not saving any money with the coupon, this is the standard price for this vendor.  I don't believe it should be listed as a coupon.  Also, when I was directed to Pay Pal, the instructions were confusing.  You were instructed to select a date to have the work performed.  That instruction didn't apply to this vendor.  The sample containers arrived within a few days of placing my order.  I sent the sample bottles out the next day.  The instructions were fairly easy to follow, although I have taken samples like these for my job and I believe there should be better instructions about how to make sure you don't contaminate the sample.  Simple instructions, like when you unscrew the lid try not to put it down, but if you have to, make sure you put it on a clean paper towel.  Pictures would help.  Also, don't sneeze or cough over the sample.  I received the results in about a week from when I sent the sample, an email came first followed by a letter in the mail.  The results were easy to read."

"They showed up on time and was very pleasant. It turned out that the service call was only $40 and the actual work was $93.75. This involved a dirty flame sensor being cleaned. After a quarter of the work was done, I paid the bill, and when they left the pilot light on the hot water heater was off. It shouldn't have been turned off since he was not working on the water heater, it was unnecessary and I found this part of the service disappointing."
