"Steve was scheduled to do repair work on Thursday but needed to reschedule due to family emergency. He promised to come out Saturday and not leave until the job was finished. Late on Saturday. When finished got his check and bolted out the door. Baseboards were replaced with separate pieces and are coming loose from the wall. Back room bottom window seals was just plastered over and is uneven. I texted him right after and he told me he couldn't find the correct piece and would fix on Monday. Texted him that this was not acceptable, he made it seem like he was looking for the piece and would return after some back and forth. While I was cleaning up his mess. He texted saying Monday 7 AM. I called him and reminded him he promised to finish this today and not leave until it was complete. Argued with him back and forth and asked him if his word meant nothing. He said no and cussed at me a few times and that was that. Charged 200 dollar more. Hold on check until this job is done right."

There is no job to big or small. We do anything from a small patch jobs and home remodeling/repair as well as being sub-contracted to finish and sand new construction homes. On home repairs for individuals, we require half of the payment up front and the remainder when the job is completed. If you have a very large job, we can negotiate billing terms. Mention that you found us on Angie's List and receive a 10% discount! For contractors that wish to sub-contract us, billing and payment arrangements to be discussed.
