"We are happy with the work they have done, but had to call a few times to see when they would actually be out to do the work (the date was pushed back a few times due to their other projects and/or weather). Also, I would recommend making sure your quote is specific in detailing the areas to be covered in the work. We assumed certain areas were covered in the quote but they were not completed. After speaking with Jim, he has agreed to complete those areas as well (though we are not sure when this will actually be done)."
