We offer a number of services from small remodels all the way to a new build. We are a fully insured company. We do use subcontractors for some things but all of our subcontractors are licensed and fully insured.

Our company maintains 3-4 employees including the owner. We have a number of great trustworthy and experienced subcontractors to get any size job done in adequate time. We require a 10% job retainer upfront, then progressive draws throughout depending on job type and amount. We are able to work some jobs differently depending on payment type. We are glad to work with your financial institution on a construction project.
