They really went above and beyond and it was a huge relief to get the job done. However, even if they WEREN'T able to make it the next day, Sonny and Al were fantastic and we'd still recommend them. "I got a new roof replacement today. I had called Dave Miner last summer to get an estimate. Dave himself came out and I got a good vibe from him. I called him in January and despite the anticipated tariffs, he was able to come really close to last year's quote. Today, the crew came and I was surprised at how quickly they were able to accomplish the job. I even had one neighbor comment that they were surprised at how quick the crew was able to do the job. "I decided to go with Millstream because of the reviews on Angi and other websites. As contracted, Millstream replaced my roof in a day and installed a ridge vent. Supervision of work and post installation inspection was poor that I had to request a replacement inspector. I had to inform them of missed gable vent closure; loose shingle, wavy ridge vent line. Most importantly, I had to research; and inform them that a Ridge vent needs multiple soffit openings and I had only 1. They agreed it was a miss and said they would fix the issue so I could “BREATHE PROPERLY” in my house. And they charged me additional $850. Nonetheless I am currently enjoying my new roof!"

"It went great.  He was punctual in showing up and prompt with getting the work done.  He listened attently and actually understood the problem and got done what was missed by the plumber who put the filtration system in in the first place (before I was in the picture) and the one who simply redirected the water to the refrigerator in spite of my telling him specifically what I needed.  He appropriately answered questions that I had about how this problem might have related to some problems I was having with the water and ice not working on my refrigerator (in fact, it was not tied directly to the filtration problem or to delay in my capacity to change the filters in a timely fashion that arose from it.  It turned out to be tied to the fact that with the reverse osmosis system, the pressure was reduced enough that I could not use and did not need the expensive to replace and "required" water filter in the refrigerator itself).  He was both friendly and professional. <br />"
