"Lost some ridgeline shingles during a recent storm. Called a few roofing repair outfits. Albana, in the midst of coronovirus and with a limited crew, made it the next day for the quote AND repair. They really went above and beyond and it was a huge relief to get the job done. However, even if they WEREN'T able to make it the next day, Sonny and Al were fantastic and we'd still recommend them. "Outstanding. I dealt at all times directly with Dave Miner or his wife, who were responsive and personable. i wanted a quality product and a master craftsman, whose judgement I could trust. I'm fussy about what I want and expect. Dave listened, challenged - had his own opinion but was able to integrate my preferences in a balanced way. Dave was provided exactly the kind of flexibility I needed. The crew was tight. They worked industriously, on-schedule needing, little over-site. But Dave was on-site much of the time. The crew went above and beyond, on-their-own, fixing broken gutters ... and 6 months later, when I had a leak that turned out unrelated, Dave was immediately responsive, personally inspected the problem, with his right-hand man - and while not responsible, Dave saw an intermediate solution told his man how to fix-it - and the guy was back the next day (on a Sunday) fixing the problem. I offered to pay, as the problem was clearly unrelated to the roof job. But Dave Miner graciously declined. This guy's my hero!"

"I decided to go with Millstream because of the reviews on Angi and other websites. As contracted, Millstream replaced my roof in a day and installed a ridge vent. Supervision of work and post installation inspection was poor that I had to request a replacement inspector. I had to inform them of missed gable vent closure; loose shingle, wavy ridge vent line. Most importantly, I had to research; and inform them that a Ridge vent needs multiple soffit openings and I had only 1. They agreed it was a miss and said they would fix the issue so I could “BREATHE PROPERLY” in my house. And they charged me additional $850. Nonetheless I am currently enjoying my new roof!"

"It went great.  He was punctual in showing up and prompt with getting the work done.  He listened attently and actually understood the problem and got done what was missed by the plumber who put the filtration system in in the first place (before I was in the picture) and the one who simply redirected the water to the refrigerator in spite of my telling him specifically what I needed.  He appropriately answered questions that I had about how this problem might have related to some problems I was having with the water and ice not working on my refrigerator (in fact, it was not tied directly to the filtration problem or to delay in my capacity to change the filters in a timely fashion that arose from it.  It turned out to be tied to the fact that with the reverse osmosis system, the pressure was reduced enough that I could not use and did not need the expensive to replace and "required" water filter in the refrigerator itself).  He was both friendly and professional. <br />"

"Element Repair is awesome and a very professional company! They did an absolutely beautiful job on the tear down and re-tile of my shower!. A prior contractor I hired tiled the shower incorrectly causing a major water leak! Element Repair discussed and advised me as to what the repair would require. They were at my house on time each day they were scheduled and they cleaned and put everything away each day they finished. They also kept me informed on a daily basis as to their progress and the work they performed while at my home. I plan on hiring them for a few more projects that I will complete in 2021. They are a 5 star company and you will be very, very happy with any project that you hire them to complete!! Their workmanship is beautifully and I 100% recommend them for any home projects you may be considering!"
