New mini splits used during drywall sanding required professional cleaning. ? Hole in wall from previous exhaust vent not sealed or prepped for closed cell foam insulation application. ? Contractor underestimated cost of plumbing and electric by thousands. ? Cabinetry, our onus, after contractor presented an incomplete drawing and measurements. Carpentry team was easy to work with and did a good job, however; we paid a premium of 20% for a contractor who we felt was unfocused and never took the job seriously in the provision of appropriate oversight in renovating ?our little wooden cabin?.
