When we called the office to find out what was happening, we were told that the movers would now arrive between 3-3:30. We provide Long Distance Moves across the entire country, directly from our West Coast HUBS located in AZ, CA, OR and WA. Or, we team with our partner companies to complete moves together. We are proud to provide a service that no other company offers; Dedicated Trucks. This means that your belongings are loaded on the truck and not combined with anyone else’s items (from/to west coast only). They are not transferred to other trucks or facilities in route which causes damage and loss of items (typical with van lines). We have a set loading day and unloading day. This is by far the safest way to ship. Our interstate rates are per 24ft moving van that holds up to 8,500lbs or 1400CuFt. Some customers require one truck and some require more. One truck holds the average 1800SqFt.

"There was a bait and switch. Provided project details with very specific information. David quoted me total move for the day as $1500 to include the packing on the home. Movers arrived at 7:30 am (no call day prior to discuss). The actual movers didn’t know details and were nice guys but stated that the local move (no furniture) of 6 miles would cost $4600 instead of the $1500 quoted (3x the price). They just moved a total of 300 cubic feet (I have no idea what 300 cubic feet is with regards to moving) and said they couldn’t move anything more. So I paid $1500 to move about 25 boxes and 2.5 hours of work for 3 people. I’m going to be notifying the business regulator for their state as well as the BBB. I’m appalled that I now have to rent a truck and hire additional movers to finish the work. There goes my day off with the family. I don’t trust using Angi’s list after this experience."
