Not many companies have the experience Mast does with this roofing system and Chris was instrumental in finding solutions, like removing the existing tile over the garage pent roof to be used for the various repairs on the main roof, so the repairs used the same color and didn't scream that it was a repair. They don't make these terracotta tiles anymore (mine look like cedar shake), so cannibalizing the garage roof was the perfect call. Now we have extra for future fixes. The new asphalt section is barely noticeable from the street that it's different from the main roof. Thank you to Chris and the rest of the team they were such a pleasure to have working on the house. The pride they all took in their jobs was clearly evident."

"Steve provided excellent service. After I txt Steve my location and what is needed. Steve came by and provided an estimate on how much it cost and warranty. I also requested quote from other roofers and some don't even showed up. Roofer was able to complete the job on time and the roof was done professionally. I am happy to have Steve as my roof that I have all three of my rental property replaced by him. His price is reasonable compare to other roofers that quoted me. I highly recommend Steve to any home owner that need a shingles or roof replace."

"We were at the point of replacing our roof and did an extensive search for a roofing company. After speaking with several companies we chose Roofing Logic, based in Quakertown, PA. Leslie, the owner, provided a very clear, informative and low-pressure presentation, offering many options based on price and type of materials available. Results were excellent and we were extremely pleased with the professional, hardworking crew, who arrived on-time and worked diligently to complete the project in a timely manner. Mike, the foreman, was on-site throughout. But the story continues. Just a few months later we were hit by a severe storm that did extensive damage to the outside of the house. Of course we called Roofing Logic back to do the work, this time including a new roof, siding, rake metals, fascia, soffit, gutters and downspouts. Again the results were excellent. We especially appreciated Leslie and Mike making several trips to assess our damage and helping us work with the insurance company to ensure that all damages were properly identified and repaired. Leslie, Mike and his entire crew are professional, on-time, thorough and extremely courteous. Our projects were completed in a timely manner and the job site was left spotless upon completion of the project. Pride in the company and crew is evident in all they do and we highly recommend Roofing Logic for high quality work at a reasonable price."

"Joe Manee came out to do the estimate for attic and crawl space cleaning for a small bungalow on the same property as the main house. There is only outside access to the attic, so no one ever goes up there unless there's a heating or A/C problem, and there is currently no one living there. Joe took lots of pictures which showed that animals had gotten into the attic, left seeds and droppings, and there was one old mouse carcass (yuck). The crawl space showed evidence that mice had gotten in. And there was one large pile of debris on a side roof near a downspout which apparently was raccoon droppings. Joe was such a pleasure to deal with! He gave me his honest opinions on what should be done to correct the problems. I really appreciated the time that he spent in answering all of my questions. Francisco and his team came out to do the work. They removed all debris and old insulation from the crawl space and attic. They vacuumed the attic and disinfected the attic and crawl space. They replaced a mesh screen that another company had installed (termite company) due to a prior problem of squirrels getting into the attic. Joe had noted that the other company had installed what looked to be regular window screen mesh instead of galvanized metal, and an animal (probably a raccoon) had torn right through it. Francisco and his team installed proper mesh, sprayed foam insulation where needed to seal air gaps and pipes (and some sections in the crawl space where there were cracks in the foundation mortar and you could see light coming in), installed baffles for proper air flow, and installed new R-30 insulation in the attic. And they removed the raccoon debris from the roof. Francisco showed me before and after pictures and kept me in the loop with what he was doing. He and his team were also a pleasure to deal with! I would hire Atticrawl again in a heartbeat!"

"Nathan came on time for the estimate. He was very professional and well prepared. He explained everything and gave a fair price. His crew came at the appointed time, did a good job, and cleaned up everything when they were finished. The roof looks good. I would hire them again."

"Very impressed with responsiveness, professionalism, technology, and value provided by Gunner Roofing. The copper flashing was pulling away from around my chimney and looked like it was in need of repair or replacement. I had previously worked with another well reviewed roofing company on Angie's List that missed my scheduled appointment to examine my chimney flashing. So I was very pleased when Andrew from Gunner showed up exactly when promised, and I was quite fascinated with his use of a drone to take precise aerial photographs of the work to be performed from all angles - a rather tech savvy approach. Gunner provided a detailed estimate within hours, that was only 1/3 the cost of the estimate I ultimately received from that other roofer. Gunner Roofing completed the work on time, and did a very satisfactory job. This was a relatively modest project, but based on my experience, I hope to use Gunner Roofing when it comes time to redo my entire roof."

"H-H did an awesome job in my home! The H-Hteam put a new roof on my home, gave me new vinyl flooring, repaired the deck and painted the entire inside of my home. "After the last windstorm we lost a great deal of our roof shingles. I contacted Guardian and Robert came out and inspected the damage. He spent a great amount of time explaining the process and the system they use for roofing. He also offered to assist us and guide us through the ordeal of dealing with insurance companies. Throughout, Robert and Jon in the office were always in contact with us to keep us informed. When the time came for the installation I was really impressed. The crew showed up at 7 AM and went to work stripping the old roof. The whole time there was an individual on the ground constantly cleaning the debris. I pointed out several of our prized landscape items and they were extremely careful not to disturb them. they even pointed out an issue with the construction and came up with a solution to correct it. I was surprised with the speed with which they completed the job. They also cleaned up the area so well that you wouldn't even know that we had a new roof put on. This is a company that I will have no reservation recommending to anyone who asks."
