Minor carpentry (above and beyond expectations), thorough power-washing, scraping, priming (oil) and top coating (Sherwin Williams Duration latex), and meticulous clean-up. Both parts of the ambitious two-part project (front of the barn (rustic red) & street-facing side of the house (extreme white) + painting and hanging 13 solid wood shutters-satin black); driveway-facing side of the house that required covering many windows) + painting the front door were completed in just four days. As an unexpected but highly welcome bonus, Tony had Nelci and Milton paint the front porch decking. I solicited quotes from five contractors and my wife and I are more than delighted with the flawless result. "This outfit was new to me. I found the work they did to be outstanding. They promptly came and started working and they were easy to talk to and they were very helpful. They did some extras too. We then had them do other jobs and they did everything extremely well. They fixed outside window sills, repaired and stained deck railings, replaced cedar siding, painted, sanded, and other things.
