He arrived as promised and provided a very thorough and fair estimate for the work requested, which was re-roofing the house, a garage, an addition and a shed, adding a 27' section of gutter to my garage and replacing two skylights in my addition. He was professional and personable, as well as very knowledgeable. The estimate he provided was complete and fair. In addition, he provided a list of homes he had roofed (with shingle colors) so that I could get a good idea of the color in actual lighting conditions. I was very pleased with his interaction and have no doubt as to his capability. Ultimately we went with CertainTeed asphalt shingles due to supply chain price increases for metal, a limited color selection, and because I tend to walk on my roof for a few reasons. On the 1st scheduled day the crew arrived on time and ready to work. They hung tarps and netting to collect all debris and protect shrubs , etc. They moved fast and efficiently with a big enough crew to clear old shingles and start installing new by mid-afternoon. At the end of the day they cleaned everything up, and I do mean everything. By end of day two they were done, once again cleaning everything before leaving. The crew was professional and skilled and completed the work in one day and did a terrific job.
