"1. punctual on estimate appointment 2. three estimates were solicited all were equivalent service for product two allowed for Owens Corning or GAF and were certified as was On Top 3. The date proposed was mid October but the actual work was much sooner (low slope roof) and completed in several hours The roof has now gone through several seasons without issue. I recommended them to a friend of my wife"

"Mr. Cook responded promptly to my request for an estimate on my roofing job. He arrived as promised and provided a very thorough and fair estimate for the work requested, which was re-roofing the house, a garage, an addition and a shed, adding a 27' section of gutter to my garage and replacing two skylights in my addition. He was professional and personable, as well as very knowledgeable. The estimate he provided was complete and fair. In addition, he provided a list of homes he had roofed (with shingle colors) so that I could get a good idea of the color in actual lighting conditions. I was very pleased with his interaction and have no doubt as to his capability. Unfortunately, you can only hire one firm and I opted for a different company but you should contact him for an estimate on your job. He is well established and would be competitive."

"Outstanding! I am a retired senior citizen who was out of town when a major windstorm uprooted a tree that landed on my house, putting a hole in the roof, along with tearing down all of the siding, and destroying the Soffitt, Fascia, gutters and downspouts. BBS immediately secured a tarp on the roof to prevent further damage, assessed the situation and presented an estimate for the needed repairs/replacement. They then worked closely with my insurance adjuster to agree on a fair price. Their customer service and attention to detail is exemplary. I was always able to communicate with their office management and the onsite construction team. I look forward to hiring BBS General Construction for some future projects that are long overdue!"

"They were fastest to respond and were able to put patch the roof the same day."

"I can’t say enough good things about Evans Roofing! My husband and I met with Dan who listened to every detail about our project replacing our very old roof and gutters Within a few hours that same day Dan sent us a very reasonable quote to do both roof and gutters. Within 1 week the roofers were here and the roof was done in 1 day Day 2 our gutters were done The clean up was fantastic! They left the site cleaner than before they were here!! The crews were professional, polite and very kind . We did meet with another Roofing Company prior who gave us a long sales presentation and quoted us 3 times the cost to do the same job but I won’t go there because I want this review to shine for a Evans Roifing! So if you have a roofing job and gutters done go with the compnanyvthat fits your needs but please consider Evans first Thank you Ps I wish I could show pictures but can’t figure out how ☺️"

"The job went perfect start to finish. Andrea and Fredy were so informative with any questions that we had. Very professional crew. Clean and tidy"

"We had our decks demolished and rebuilt by another contractor earlier this Summer. Said contractor, in the process, removed significant portions of our vinyl siding and was not able/willing to replace them. I reached out to numerous Boston-area vinyl siding contractors, only to have almost 100% of them tell me the "job was too small" for them to consider. I was becoming concerned that nobody would be willing to replace our siding when I found Diamond Construction. John came out to assess the project and our needs and spent time speaking with us about the scope/execution of the project. We made him aware of our budget, and he was sensitive and responsive to our financial limitations. The work was completed in a professional, workmanlike, timely manner. John and his staff (Erika and the crew) maintained great communication throughout the entire process from the before we even signed the contract all the way through the end of completion. We were extremely pleased with the results of the vinyl siding repair/replacement performed by Diamond and plan to use them again in the future to replace an old bay window in the front of our apartment, as well as our old sliding glass door in back, once our budget permits. We will also recommend Diamond Construction to friends and family. They are consummate professionals who value their relationships with customers and go above and beyond to ensure projects are completed to customers' satisfaction. Thank you!"

"Front north-facing roof had significant moss and algae. Nate quickly came to provide a quote and then came by a few weeks later to clean the roof. Did a great job - roof looks like a new roof. Wold recommend and hire again."

"It all started with a sagging beam in the dining room of our almost 300 year old house. We knew that it would require special skills  to figure out what the problem(s) were and what would be needed to fix things.
Colonial Restorations was the answer!  I found their ad in Angie's List Boston and North edition and went to their website where we found pictures of old houses, barns and mills all requiring the sort of work we knew we were going to need.
Tom Greene and his son Brad came to look at the project, talked in depth with us about what might be needed, and worked up a plan and estimate for us.  They were very honest and straight forward about the problems facing us and the fact that as they started the job they might find more problems than we were expecting. (They were right!)
My husband, a mechanical engineer , had done a lot of restoration work on other parts of the house many years ago and was impressed with the knowledge and understanding that Tom and Brad about handling this particular job.  They communicated well with us and answered many questions (from me) about what was being done.  The work progressed, between rainstorms in June and July, and when the job was finished,  the north side of our 18th century house was proudly sporting new sills, posts, plates, floor joists and a roof  extension.
We are preparing to hire them back again for another project on the front of our house.  We wouldn't have anyone else do this work.  Tom and Brad really know what they are doing!"

"The work is excellent, the kitchen and windows look beautiful, the price quote was fair, and the invoicing detailed and clear. Mr. Orsi and his assistants are easy and pleasant to have in your home, and were flexible while we struggled to coordinate our countertop and cabinet supply folks, electrician and plumber. This company can do all the GC work, but we chose to do most of it to keep the cost down and Mr. Orsi was willing to work with us on these terms. I'm really happy with the final product and would definitely hire Mr. Orsi again."
