"Juan and his crew were amazing from start to finish. I originally had them come out to instal hardwood floor but also needed a shower that had been demoed already tiled, Juan and his crew got that done as well. When we had a couple of minor details that needed attention after the job was complete Juan had his guys come back without question and take care of it. I am very particular and I would highly recommend and use Juan again without question."

"Mike was referred to us and he did not disappoint. When he came to give us a quote, Mike explained things in detail, including price, length of the project, and even ideas of things that we could do ourselves in order to reduce the cost. When we asked specific questions, he gave thorough answers and explained exactly how the process would work. We liked him immediately. When Mike and his crew arrived to start the job, all of them were professional and courteous. They arrived right after we left for work and were gone by the time we got home, so that was extremely convenient for us. Having other work done in our house, I have found the majority of the time contractors give a specific ETA and the projects always go longer than estimated. Mike gave a timeline and the floors were finished right on schedule. I have never seen that happen before. Floors look great and we are very pleased with not only the service and the work, but the whole experience."

"Juan was super responsive on the quote and had the lowest cost of the 3 quotes i got. Based on his positive reviews on the site i hired him and was super pleased with immediate availability and expedient work. They were doing the first finish on a new white oak hardwood floor for my home addition. Turned out great, color and appearance were just what we wanted. They did some follow up patch work on our existing wood floor to tie in some spots that were exposed as part of the remodel work and turned out great. We had a very good experience, planning to bring them back to refinish the existing floor in the future."

• We had a tight schedule with a upcoming move in date. Mike Pillar came to our new home, and got back to us with an estimate. We decided to accept his bid, selected one of the samples that he provided, and went to his shop to sign the contract. At that time we were told that the wood that we had selected was not in stock, and it would take six weeks to get. He suggested an alternative, that was available immediately. We were disappointed but had a time crunch, took the new sample to our home, and determined that is as an acceptable replacement, (although visibly was inferior quality 25% thinner), than our original selection. The following week, we met with the installers, and proceeded to leave them to work, when the foreman came running after me, and wanted to show me that the wood that they were installing, did not match the sample, that was still in my house. It was clearly a different dye lot. I was very upset and got in touch with Mike Pillar. He insisted that it was the same, even though myself, my husband, and his employee clearly saw a difference. I was thrilled to find out that the original wood that we had selected suddenly was available, however, we were now being charged an extra $680 to get the floor that we were originally quoted on. The explanation that we were given for the price increase was that the stairs cost more with that wood, even though that flooring isn't even on the stairs. The stairs are stained wood. In the end the quality of the work, and the overall pricing was good. I didn't appreciate the bait and switch tactics, the unreasonable price increase, or the way that I was spoken to by the owner.

"Subject I had an excellent experience working with this wooden floor specialist Bryon. From start to finish, he was professional, personable, and extremely accommodating. He took the time to clearly explain the damage to my flooring, what repairs were needed, and provided an accurate and honest assessment of both the scope of work and the timeframe to complete it. The job was completed efficiently and exactly as described, with great attention to detail. The repaired flooring looks fantastic, and the work was done on schedule with no surprises. I truly appreciated his professionalism, clear communication, and respect for my home. I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of wooden floor repairs or restoration. See 3 pics for damaged wooden floor and fourth picture of completed floor to the left of photo. He did a suburb job and yes, I will be hiring and recommending him to my friends, relatives and neighbors. Best Regards, Darryl Kimble of Hawthorne, CA"

"Beau and his crew installed a new prefinished wood floor in my dining room, entry way, living room and family room. In a few short years, the floor is scratched, dented and floor boards are loose. We have contacted them more times than I can count. Most of the time there is never a call back or when an appointment is set a no show. This is not the way a business should be run. I would think twice about hiring them. I know I am in the minority, but truth is truth. UPDATE: Beau contacted us and his crew came out promptly completing all necessary repairs."

"I had vinyl plank flooring installed in the entire house except the bathrooms. LC Flooring did an amazing job. Very professional work ethic and the result is beautiful. There were some irregularities in my cement floor which they corrected rather than just glossing over. Lorenzo was extremely friendly, courteous and informative. When selecting which product to use, he gave detailed pros and cons of each. His crew was always on time and worked tirelessly despite the inconvenience of Covid masks. I definitely would recommend LC Flooring."

"Staff was professional, careful, thorough, efficient, and friendly. They were able to repair the wood flooring as well as remove, replace and stretch the carpeting in a timely manner. I am a happy customer."

"It is Amazing how much is needed to fix in a house over the years, like humans needs a doctor and the car needs a mechanic the house always needs maintenance and repairs. this is why Amir always came to the rescue, for him no job was ever too small and no job was ever too big, he always took the time to come, fix or replace what is needed around my house, Inside and outside, Amir never disappointed me, I always told him I appreciate it but now it is time to show it in writing, Amir, thank you, I really appreciate all your work, Thanks :)"

"We wanted to replace carpet with wood flooring on our concrete slab and didn't have any ideas. We found A&S Flooring thru an advertisement and found the most reliable and knowledgable man possible. He walked us through the types of flooring that would work, carefully explained our options and answered all our questions and concerns. We were so p,eased with the flooring quality and price that we not only purchased two rooms of additional flooring but also replaced two bedroom carpets, staying within our original budget!  The results were so satisfying we were able to assist our daughter and her family with new flooring throughout their small house. We are all very satisfied customers and when I next need bedroom carpets, Serj already has the rooms measured.
