"They did a great job from when I was researching generators to the complete installation of the Kohler generation by Premier Generator. Paul was very helpful and informative. They communicate with you about when things are going to be done, they clean up after every step and once the installation is complete their job is not over. A technician come for the final step of going over the system completely to make sure you understand how to operate the system and that you are comfortable doing so. They also tell you to call with any questions, any time! The customer service is unbelievable - no matter who I have spoken with, from the owner, to the technicians and of course the wonderful office manager Jean! Thankfully we haven't had to utilize the generator but the weekly test is security to know it is working and will be there when we need it. Thank you everyone at Premier Generator!!!"

"My experience was outstanding. I had agreed to fix "plumbing leaks in the basement", however the inspection report did not specify any leaks. HL Bowman looked at the report and instead of making things up to repair, walked me through everything in the report, then did an inspection of my basement plumbing to look for any possible leaks. He could have said that any number of things were leaking and I wouldn't have known better, but instead reassured me of all of the things that we shouldn't be concerned about, then found anything that COULD be evidence of a leak. I felt like the service man was honest with me, helpful, and I didn't feel taken advantage of when he left. I'll call them every time from here on out!"

He quickly solved an issue I had with a generator transfer switch. As he continued to troubleshoot the electrical panel, he discovered a previously unknown problem and advised me of the available options to correct it. "Jason and Matt did a great job completing the work we contracted them for. One thing that I was very pleased with was their honest feedback regarding the work we were requesting. We initially thought that we would need to replace the entire electrical panel, but Jason inspected the panel when he came out to to provide the estimate and advised the panel did not need to be replaced although he did provide some suggestions based on his inspection of the panel. When everything was said and done, they added several outlets, moved a ceiling box for a light fixture, de-cluttered several outlets next to the panel, and added a transfer box and lock for our generator. We are pleased with their work and hope to have them back out later this year to replace the weather-head and exterior electrical box."
