The attention to detail and commitment to top-quality work were evident in every aspect of the installation. The floors look stunning, and the craftsmanship is outstanding. "Tom is extremely punctual and focused. He responds immediately to phone calls and follows up on loose ends. His employees are diligent and competent. During the project but before the plumbing Project was to start, I encountered a leak in the evening. I called Tom. The plumber showed up in 30 minutes and installed a new valve that solved the problem. The project was to remove a 60 year old ceramic floor, repair the wood subfloor, install cement board, level the floor, install new tile, replace all old plumbing, and install a new vanity. After completion, all trash was removed, house cleaned and fingerprints cleaned from my back door. Before you select a contractor, talk to Tom."

"I installed Marmoleum Cinch and Loc Panels over damaged Marmoleum sheet on my kitchen floor. This neither a frequently used material or panels. Kevin with his extensive experience was able to assess the job, guide in ordering, promptly and quickly completed the job including removing some of the old flooring, prepping and applying the flooring. This included good discussions regarding extent of new flooring as well as fit and finish under the large refrigerator. We are happy with the work completed in one day."

"Ryan did an excellent job installing my wood floor. He did a flawless job fingering in the new wood with the old wood. Work hard continually throughout the day. I appreciated getting the job completed in a few days I would definitely hire Romas again"

"Excellent. They had special crews for each stage of the project. When sanding the floors, they masked all the areas to prevent dust getting on the walls and other counter areas .They used special vacuums that had Hepa filter dust bags. They applied 3 coats to the floor in a timely manner making sure each coat was completely dry. The floors look great. I would definitely recommend N.E.Floors."

"Tamas and Son LLC were outstanding in refinishing our cork kitchen floor. Scott gave us a very fair estimate and he and the crew were very pleasant to work with and finished the job ahead of time. The floor looks better now than when it was installed 12 years ago. We are totally satisfied with the job they did, including a great clean-up."

"We had our hardwood floors in our home restored by Design Wood Floors this month. Our home is a 1910 Craftsman with a mix of original southern pine floors and relatively newer (20 year old) oak hardwood planking. All of the flooring was in dire need of refinishing. John and his crew did an amazing job restoring and refinishing our flooring. The attention to detail was impressive, and they even tackled things we didn't expect, like attaching some of our molding that had come unglued (in the past) back to our walls. We felt completely comfortable entrusting all of the details to Design Wood Floors and simply went on vacation, returning a week later to the hardwood floors of our dreams. We highly recommend Design Wood Floors!"
