"I called on Monday and was told technician would call on Tuesday with a 2-hour window in which he would report. I received call Tuesday morning (approximately 7:45 am) and was told he would report between 8:30 and 9:00 am. He arrived at 8:35 am. Tim started the washer and stated (within 2 seconds) a coupling was broken ($25.00 part). He repaired the washer in about 20 minutes and put everything back that he had moved. They are always professional and knowledgeable, and have always been very good about discussing options (i.e. when a repair is not needed or would not be warranted given the age and condition of the appliance). All of the repairs they have performed have worked well and needed no further adjustments/work. I will continue to hire them, and recommend them to anyone who asks. I wouldn't say they work cheaply, but having things done correctly the first time, and getting honest advice about when repairs are NOT needed is worth a lot."
