"He was able to get the whole 2nd floor completed in a short time constraint. Clean and ductless. Workers were courteous. They were also able to replace an additional board on short notice after the 2nd floor was finished. Floors look fantastic!!"

"Tom is extremely punctual and focused. He responds immediately to phone calls and follows up on loose ends. His employees are diligent and competent. During the project but before the plumbing Project was to start, I encountered a leak in the evening. I called Tom. The plumber showed up in 30 minutes and installed a new valve that solved the problem. The project was to remove a 60 year old ceramic floor, repair the wood subfloor, install cement board, level the floor, install new tile, replace all old plumbing, and install a new vanity. After completion, all trash was removed, house cleaned and fingerprints cleaned from my back door. Before you select a contractor, talk to Tom."

"I installed Marmoleum Cinch and Loc Panels over damaged Marmoleum sheet on my kitchen floor. This neither a frequently used material or panels. Kevin with his extensive experience was able to assess the job, guide in ordering, promptly and quickly completed the job including removing some of the old flooring, prepping and applying the flooring. This included good discussions regarding extent of new flooring as well as fit and finish under the large refrigerator. We are happy with the work completed in one day."

"Fantastic job by Tuan and his team! Not only was Unique Floors responsive to our quote, questions, they were ultra accommodating with our need to have the job complete in two rounds. We had our four upstairs bedrooms, hallway and staircase sanded and refinished. It’s hard to describe how beautiful the floors are now. The price was fair and worth every penny. Tuan is truly a master and after the job was completed we decided to hire him to replace our creaky 60-year old stairs. We highly recommend Tuan and Unique Floors for any floor project. And just as he promised, our old floors look “beautiful “."

"After seeing the fantastic job that Sasha and his team at WELES US FLOORING did refinishing the floors in my son's home we decided to get him to come out and give us a quote. In this day and age we were pleased to see that Sasha responded to our initial contact promptly, and arrived at our home exactly when promised. We found Sasha to be courteous and professional. We requested that Sasha give us a quote to refinish the floors in our large family room, our kitchen, the eat-in area, bathroom and hallway. He clearly explained what the process would entail, provided written explanations of the process and materials used, and made suggestions without making us feel pressured. After he left we decided that we would also like to have our ceramic tile entryway removed and replaced to match the rest of the adjacent wood flooring. (It was a "now or never" decision.) Sasha was happy to oblige and responded to our messages and questions quickly. Sasha's team arrived on time every day they were expected, and were busy throughout the day. They were personable and professional. It was nice that they stayed on schedule and finished the job as anticipated. That's a rarity in this day and age! The floors look fabulous; actually better than they looked when new! Sasha came out to inspect the finished work. We are very pleased with the job and highly recommend WELES US FLOORING to anyone looking to add wood flooring or have their wood floors refinished. Tom and Pat Leete"

"John, the owner was amazing! He gave me a decent price, was flexible with what I needed to have done, his workers were skilled, on time, and courteous. I will hire them again when I want other work done in my apartment or rental unit. I highly recommend them!"

"The team at Aqua Flooring is nothing but professional, detail oriented, and timely. I would call and use them every single time or make a recommendation to use them for your flooring needs. My floors look brand new and could not be happier. Thank you!"

"Tom's tilting guy Yu is superb and very detail oriented, great job. I used them for also to replace carpet with wood flooring in the bedroom, the transition between the floor and existing wooden floor in the hallway had to be redone a coupe of times, end result was good but had to be redone."

"Happy with the installed wood flooring. Job well done and and good costumer service."

"We had our hardwood floors in our home restored by Design Wood Floors this month. Our home is a 1910 Craftsman with a mix of original southern pine floors and relatively newer (20 year old) oak hardwood planking. All of the flooring was in dire need of refinishing. John and his crew did an amazing job restoring and refinishing our flooring. The attention to detail was impressive, and they even tackled things we didn't expect, like attaching some of our molding that had come unglued (in the past) back to our walls. We felt completely comfortable entrusting all of the details to Design Wood Floors and simply went on vacation, returning a week later to the hardwood floors of our dreams. We highly recommend Design Wood Floors!"
