Only strange thing was the repair person said the price was $130, but I had been quoted $80. When I pushed back, he immediately conceded to $80 price. Not sure what happened there, but glad it didn't turn into any conflict."

"Robert was extremely responsive and timely. We needed exterior lighting to all be upgraded/replaced before our new siding and soffits could be installed. We were on a tight timeframe. Robert came to give a quote a day after we spoke on the phone, and a week later the work was done. He did it all in about 6 hours. Robert also gave us a quote on some interior work, drywall/ceiling repair and some other things in our kitchen. We will be contacting him soon to schedule this work.
