"I employed Sunrise Cleaning since 2013, and at that time gave a glowing review on Angie's List. Several years ago, the owner stopped working in the field to concentrate on managing her business. Since then, the women who were sent to clean were all professional, honest, hard-working and personable. However, there has also been a very high turnover of personnel. Different people were frequently sent to my home and hours were increasingly erratic. Cleaning was not as proficient or thorough, often because new crews had not yet been familiar with my home. In the several years that the owner personally stopped cleaning my home, she very rarely had contact with us and not once came with a crew to supervise/inspect/check the work. In May 201 7, the owner called and left a voicemail announcement that she lost her other client in my area (Granger) and could not afford to make the trip for one client. The call was made only 36 hours notice before the next scheduled cleaning. My husband died only two weeks prior to her phone call, and I especially would have preferred several weeks notice during that time. This is a courtesy I would have given Sunrise Cleaning had I fired the company. Were service to resume as it had when Sunrise Cleaning first cleaned for us, I would absolutely hire again. It had been outstanding service at one time."
