Not of my sliding door work like they were brand new. He also re-screened both of our sliding screen doors and added new wheels and they are working amazingly. We had to be really careful because the door slide open with just the fingers touch whereas before they were very hard to move and you need a muscle to move them so I’m very happ with the job he did. The problem lied behind the drywall and Al told me what work was needed to investigate the issue and repair it. He walked me through the process and quoted me a fair cost for the job. "I had a mixed experience with Douglas. The curtain rods were not hung straight. No tools were used such as a stud finder or measurement tool. The wall-affixed garden hose was drilled in the wrong place and a second hole needed to be made into the side of my home. Caulking was used to fill the hole but damage was done. I recommend getting an in-person estimate from Douglas for your repairs. Fee $400 covered book shelf reinforcement, hang 4 curtain rods, hang 3 large frames, affix 2 retractable garden hoses to sides of home."
