"James and his team did a good job on renovating our whole house. Before choosing James, we compared a few companies. We made our mind to use his team because he made us feel comfortable to work with. We are 1st time home-owner so finding a contractor who has the patience for us and the knowledge to walk us through decisions when buying materials are very important. James is the one met our requirement. We have 5 bedrooms 2 baths. It took about two months and half to finish because certain materials we ordered did not arrive on time. During the renovation, there were unexpected issues that James discovered, but he was always able to figure out a solution that falls into our budget. I would recommend them to my friends who are in need of a contractor. Oh, BTW, I like the music turned on when they were doing the work. "I signed the contract 10/23/19 with an expected pick up date by the end of the month. Heard on 10/30 that the transport had broken down and needed repairs. Talked to contact on 10/31 and reviewed alternative arrangements. Second transport option bailed out due to an emergency. Third option discussed. 11/05. I followed up and was told a driver was on the way. Pickup occurred 11/7 and delivery was 11/12. I paid extra for door to door service, but the transport could not navigate the residential streets, so pickup was in a mall parking lot. For the money paid, things could have gone more smoothly. Communication was okay, but given the starts and stops more wold have been better."
