"All Under One Roof recently replaced my roof on a 3-story, 200+ year old Federal in Newburyport. It was a big job that entailed removing 3 layers of rolled roofing/asphalt shingles; removing original skylight & taking down old dormant chimney to roof line and roofing over both; installing ½ “ plywood and asphalt shingles over new roof. I can’t say enough good things about All Under One Roof. They had a great crew and did a fantastic job. In fact, my neighbor across the street who had a birds eye view of work in progress, then hired them to replace his roof. John Lanzafame, the company’s owner, is a jewel. He’s very professional, responsible and communicative – a “take charge” guy in the best meaning possible. I was completely comfortable and confident that I was in good hands, and did not have to worry about micro managing the work. I should also point out that All Under One Roof began work on date scheduled (a month in advance) and completed the job (start to finish) in short order. I highly recommend All Under One Roof. Have dealt with various contractors for numerous issues over the years as I own several rental properties, and this has been my most positive experience by far. Kathy Quill"

"1. punctual on estimate appointment 2. three estimates were solicited all were equivalent service for product two allowed for Owens Corning or GAF and were certified as was On Top 3. The date proposed was mid October but the actual work was much sooner (low slope roof) and completed in several hours The roof has now gone through several seasons without issue. I recommended them to a friend of my wife"

"Ramon and his company did an excellent job for us in putting on a new roof on our large, complex, old, shingle style Victorian house. The proposal was comprehensive and delivered quickly. We negotiated a few points and then went ahead. Ramon stuck to every detail of the proposal and his crew showed up on time to start the job. They appeared to be an experienced, excellent, hard working crew that knew exactly what they were doing. They started early each day and worked till after dark. And, Ramon's brother, Wilson, who was in charge of the crew, kept me informed through the whole process. They finished our very complex roof in just 2.5 days. The roof looks great and everything was cleaned up and back to normal by the third day."

"Well, I knew it was time for a new roof. Based on its age and just looking at it, I knew it. I had put off this decision for quite a while now, but yes, now was the time to finally invest in a new roof. Would I rather spend the money on a Hawaiian vacation or perhaps a new Zero Turn Lawnmower yard toy? Maybe, but if I am thinking clearly and correctly, not really! I knew a great roof replacement would add great protection not only for the home, but for me and my loved ones. It provides peace of mind, dynamic curb appeal, and one less big worry. When looking for a new roof, I’m sure like a lot of you have or are doing, I checked around a bit and chatted with a couple of neighbors, family, and friends. I just wasn’t satisfied with the cousin’s son-in-law’s brother’s friend who can do it over a number of weekends mentality. I also wasn’t interested in some of their decision-making like those who would choose bargain basement, lowest cost options, or on the other hand that I felt had been way overcharged. I decided to conduct some online searches of my own. I found BHI online through one of those searches. I must say that I was quite impressed by what I initially read and saw about the company, their Awards & Accreditations, their Charity, and strong sense of Community, as well as their Go Green commitment. They also have an “Operation Payback” Awards program that provides a free new roof to an American Veteran every year. That was amazing, and along with their many exemplary reviews, I had to check them out further and made a call. Jim DelPrete, President came out to visit with me in short order and assessed my particular and specific roofing needs and presented all the relevant options and recommendations and some needed do’s and don’ts. After speaking with him, I was confident about their services and capabilities, the materials, and the process, steps and timeline for the job. I also felt that the project cost was very competitive, reasonable, and fair. From contract to materials delivery to house prep and to the completed roof and cleanup, the project went along quite smoothly. I am very pleased with my new roof. I really am and I would like to publicly thank Jim, Elias, Sean, Samantha, and the whole crew. Some final words to share about my experience with the BHI team and with this home improvement project in no particular order: Customer-centric, Timely, Communicative, Knowledgeable, Consultative, Responsive, Friendly, Courteous, Fair, Neat, Transformative, Attentive, Cost-effective, Excellent work, Excellent materials, Professional, Impressive. "We had three different quotes for the repairs/replacement of our roof and Stella was the most reasonable. The entire process from beginning to end was easy and quick. The co-owner of the company, Steve, met with us himself to look at our roof and give us a quote. He was upfront and honest the entire way through the process. The roof took one day to replace and the results look phenomenal."

"This started as a relatively small repair, complicated by some water damage over the years. Required replacing two sheets of plywood, ice and water barrier, shingles, removal and reinstall of the vinyl and fascia. Tar Star was upfront with their suspicions and analysed the situation correctly. As it turned out later, they were correct with their predictions. The root cause was improperly installed shingles in one section of the roof, which were cut too short, which caused the water and ice accumulating under, eventually making its way to the board and rotting it out. The job took one day overall, split up in two parts, Sunday and Monday. I provided part of the material (shingles). The actual cost was in the estimated range. Tar Star provided good recommendations, conducted the repair efficiently, without unnecessary work or upsell, focusing on quality, longevity, and cost efficiency. I know I will have to replace the roof at some point, probably when installing solar equipment. This bought me a few more years for my old roof, which is what I wanted. Overall, nice guys. Recommended!"

"Did a wonderful job on my roofing repairs. Showed up timely and was very professional."

"Leo and Ricardo showed up to look at the job on time and they were very professional. They evaluated all the troubled spots and took pictures. They provided a comprehensive quote within a day or two complete with the photos they had taken. I had a few questions on the quote which May in the office tried to answer. Once she was unable to answer some of these questions she had Leo and Ricardo call me. May is very easy to get in touch with but Leo and Ricardo are a little more difficult to reach since they are out in the field all day. Once I approved the quote the were at the house the next day to erect scaffolding. They also were expecting a deposit from me which was never made clear so there was a little confusion there. Our house was built in 1884 so after they started work they discovered the roof was in worse shape then they originally anticipated. They were quick to send photos of the condition of the roof but I was never given a firm price as to what the additional costs would be. They completed work in 3-4 days and clean up was done professionally. The additional work they needed to do was significant and I was never fully made aware of what this was until I received the final bill. I trusted Farina that the price Farina billed me on the additional work was fair. This is based on the other quotes I received from other roofers-all of which seemed either too simplistic of a fix or far too comprehensive and expensive considering the size of the leaks."

"Very positive experience. Manny came out and evaluated the problem (roof leak at a bay window) and explained it to us. He described in detail what he would do and how it would address the problem. He provided a quote, and then came and did the work a few days later. Then he showed us what he had done. He went beyond the original description and replaced and painted some broken shingles at the roof line. His assistant walked around the yard, picking up tiny pieces of debris and leaving our yard immaculate."

"Roof repairs were done sufficiently. Great service. I recommend Mighty Dog Roofing for any repairs or new roof."
