"***DO NOT USE REINER*** I recently hired Reiner to replace and install a central air and furnace system in an older home. We got quotes from 4 different companies but decided Reiner was worth the extra money (40% more than competitors) based off the size of the company, expertise and an experienced metal shop/customizations for an older home. We were sold that the decades of experience was going to solve our air flow issues. What we got was anything but spectacular. The install took 2 days and was completed incorrectly! The installers didn't even look at the drawn up plans. So they had to completely rip out the newly installed system and reinstall being guided by a supervisor. Our a/c died in July and it took 5 weeks from signing for them to finish. I don't know if there has been a change in the company but the service we received does not match their reputation. The lack of communication between the sales, installation and service is astounding. How this company has survived so long is beyond me. Save yourself the hassle and go with someone else!"

"Against my better judgement, I called Kappus back two months ago - after a reliability issue last year - when I had too much sediment bring pulled in and clogging my filter. They told me the well needed raising. And then talked me into a new tank. $6000 later they also put in a new pump I didn't ask for and my problem GOT WORSE!! Then they told me to fix the worsening issues, I needed an iron filtration system (another $4500) and were now saying I had a new issue - too much iron. I said yes out of desperation only and decided to do my own research in the meantime. He said he'd call me back the following when the parts came in. 4 days later he called at 1pm saying he could be at my house in two hours. I was working and couldn't do that so I asked for another appointment. He said he'd call in a day or two. In the meantime, since I didn't trust them so I got the water tested myself. No iron!!!! I called back four times and left two messages with the answering service in the last few weeks. No response from the company, no call about another appointment, nothing! I'm out $6000 and my problem is worse! Had two other reputable, big name water and well professionals in the area come in and look at my filter and both said that not only did they install some things incorrectly with the pump - something done intentionally so that the life is shorter - but they said that raising the well in the first place would not have solved the issue and that they know this company and the owner to be somebody who just looks to take money from people and never look back. I'm in credit card debt for this guy. I hope he loses his license. Calling my lawyer and credit card company tomorrow!"
