His was a skinny metal tined rake that was pulling up the grass so I supplied a bigger, wider plastic rake so he could get the job done quicker. "They don't tell you that they only mow on the first visit. They did not edge or trim the area around the fence. It had rained for days and it was obvious that it needed to be done. I had to contact customer service to get this information even though they charged for the full service, The second trip, they did the edging but failed blow the grass off the patio, They have one more chance to get it right or I will be canceling the service. I am used to having excellent service where I moved from but this service is lacking. The service needs improvement."
